Organic vegetable is a kind of food developed by China's agricultural department in the early 1990s. It is divided into class a organic vegetable and Class AA organic vegetable. Among them, the limited use of chemical synthetic means of production is allowed in the production of class a organic vegetable, while Class AA organic vegetable is strictly required not to use chemical synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, feed additives, food additives and other substances harmful to the environment and health in the production process.
